/ Product Designer for

B2B SaaS &
Internal Systems

Designing workflow-heavy products and operational systems that help teams boost efficency, work smarter, and handle real-world complexity with confidence.

/ what i work on

Design that supports business operations

I focus on designing systems that remain simple to use as requirements grow and scale with your organization.

Workflow & Process Interfaces

Design end-to-end workflows, such as states, handoffs, and escalations, so work moves forward with minimal friction.

Data-Heavy UI & Reporting

Create structured interfaces for power users: tables, filters, bulk actions, and dashboards that support decisions.

Business Rules & Exceptions

Turn constraints into workable interfaces: rules, validations, edge cases, and outcomes users can anticipate.

Human-in-the-Loop Automation

Design automation with oversight: clear triggers, review steps, and confidence in what the system is doing.

Role-Based UX & Permissions

Design experiences that match real responsibilities: roles, access, approvals, and visibility across teams.

Integrations-Aware Experience

Shape workflows with the surrounding ecosystem in mind, such as systems, APIs, and operational dependencies that influence the UX.

/ services

Two ways to work together

I offer two services depending on whether you’re building a B2B SaaS product for customers, or improving internal operational systems for your team.

B2B SaaS Product Design

Ship workflow-driven features that teams trust and adopt.

I work with early-to-mid stage B2B SaaS companies to design operational features that are reliable, scalable, and easy to use in real conditions. I collaborate closely with product and engineering from discovery through delivery.

Focus areas

  • End-to-end workflow design

  • Clear handling of rules, constraints, and edge cases

  • Strong information architecture for complex product areas

  • Data-heavy UI patterns that support speed and accuracy

  • Role-based experiences aligned with real responsibilities

  • Smooth implementation support in partnership with engineering

Internal Tools & Systems

Streamline day-to-day work through better systems.

I help SMBs design internal systems that improve execution, visibility, and coordination. This work typically starts by understanding how work flows today, then designing interfaces and workflows that reduce bottlenecks and improve reliability.

Focus areas

  • Workflow mapping across teams, tools, and responsibilities

  • Interfaces that reduce errors and simplify decisions

  • Visibility through dashboards, metrics, and operational reporting

  • Better handoffs, ownership, and accountability in the system

  • Automation-ready workflows that reduce repetitive work

  • Governance, such as permissions, auditability, compliance support

/ how i work

Design that makes complex work simple

I pay attention to the parts of the system that define everyday experience, including how work progresses, how exceptions are handled, and how teams stay aligned as requirements evolve.

Operational discovery

I look at how work runs today, including roles, responsibilities, constraints, and coordination, and then design around the real flow of execution.

State and exception design

I define what “done” means at each step, how work changes state, and how the system behaves when things don’t fit the standard path.

Structure for dense interfaces

I bring order to data-heavy UIs through hierarchy, consistent patterns, and interaction design that supports speed without confusion.

Adoption through trust

I design feedback and system behavior so users understand what’s happening, what changed, and what to do next.

Scalable patterns and architecture

I create interaction patterns that support consistent growth: new roles, new workflows, more data, and more edge cases.

Implementation partnership

I stay close to delivery: aligning early with engineering, reducing ambiguity, and supporting build decisions as constraints appear.

About

I’m a product designer specialized in operational systems, such as B2B SaaS products and internal tools, where workflows, data, business rules, and constraints shape the experience.

I enjoy designing the parts of products that carry real responsibility, like interfaces that coordinate people and processes, support decisions, and stay dependable over time. I work EU remote and I’m async-friendly by default.

If you’re building a workflow-driven product or improving internal operations, I’d be glad to learn what you’re working on and see if I can help.
